Backstage Volunteers

Calling All Backstage Volunteers!!!

Backstage volunteers are the heart of the show that make the magic of costume changes and getting dancers to and from the stage on time happen!  We truly could not produce the quality show that we do without our backstage volunteers.  

Backstage Volunteer Duties

• Attend all rehearsals and show: Non-Dress Rehearsal, Dress Rehearsal, & Recital.

• Arrive to all call times 30 minutes early.

• Supervise your designated group backstage.

• Assist dancers with costume & shoe changes. (Female dancers will have a nude leotard & base layer tights that remains on at all times for modesty.)

• Keep dancers' belongings organized in their baskets.

• Escort dancers to and from the stage.

• Assist teachers to line up dancers backstage.

Backstage Volunteer Perks

• Volunteers do not need to purchase a ticket to the show.

• Volunteers are paired with their child's class, therefore get to view their child's dances and experience the backstage magic with them.

• $50 account credit.
